  1. TOUR PACKAGES (Boat Tours, Sunset Tours, Fiat 500 Tours, Helicopter Tours):

• Cancellation made 15 days or more before the tour date: Full refund.

• Cancellation made between 7 and 14 days before the tour date: 50% refund.

• Cancellation made less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund.

• Technological maintenance activities are planned in advance, but sometimes this may involve the replacement of elements, and the replacement may take longer. In this case, the company will proceed by offering a vehicle of the same size, a similar one, or a larger one.

• In case of adverse weather conditions, the company will reschedule the experience for the following days, using the same vehicle if available, or a similar one. If the tour cannot be rescheduled on other days due to extreme conditions, the company will proceed with a refund (*This clause does not apply to multi-day cruises) or issue a voucher to be used within 24 months from the cancellation date.

 

  1. COOKING CLASSES AND GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCES:

• Cancellation made 7 days or more before the class date: Full refund.

• Cancellation made between 3 and 6 days before the class date: 50% refund.

• Cancellation made less than 3 days before the class date: No refund.

• Weather Conditions or Exceptional Events: In case weather conditions or exceptional circumstances prevent the safe conduct of the event, rescheduling of the class or full refund will be offered.

• Changes by the Customer: Changes to date or special requests must be communicated with at least 48 hours' notice. Acceptance of such changes is subject to the organizer's availability.

• Event Rescheduling: Event rescheduling is allowed once and must occur within 30 days from the original event date, provided seats are available.

• Participant Absence: In case of participant absence without notice, no refund will be issued.

 

  1. WEDDING AND EVENT SERVICES:

• 90 Days Before the Event: Free cancellation with full advance payment refund.

• From 89 to 60 Days Before the Event: Loss of 25% of the advance payment.

• From 59 to 30 Days Before the Event: Loss of 50% of the advance payment.

• Less Than 30 Days Before the Event: No refund; the entire advance payment will be retained.

• Cancellation by the Agency: In case the agency has to cancel the event for unforeseen reasons, a full advance payment refund or the option to reschedule the event at no extra cost will be guaranteed.

• Weather Conditions or Exceptional Events: In case adverse weather conditions or exceptional circumstances prevent the safe conduct of the event, alternatives for the celebration or rescheduling without additional costs will be offered.

• Changes by the Customer: Changes to date, location, or special requests must be communicated with at least 60 days' notice. Acceptance of such changes is subject to the agency's availability.

• Event Rescheduling: Event rescheduling is allowed once and must occur within 180 days from the original event date, provided necessary resources are available.

• Customer Absence or Delays: In case the customer is absent or delayed without notice on the event day, the entire agreed-upon amount will still be due.

• Cancellation Communications: All cancellation requests or changes must be communicated in writing, preferably via email.

• Refunds: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the cancellation request.

• General Clause: These conditions are subject to change without notice. Updates will be promptly communicated to customers.

 

  1. PRIVATE TRANSFERS AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES:

• Cancellation made 48 hours or more before the scheduled transfer: Full refund.

• Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled transfer: No refund.

• Cancellation by the Service Provider: In case the service provider has to cancel the transfer or transportation service for unforeseen reasons, a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no extra cost will be guaranteed.

• Changes by the Customer: Changes to timing, location, or special requests must be communicated with at least 24 hours' notice. Acceptance of such changes is subject to the availability of the transportation service.

• Customer Absence or Delays: In case the customer is absent or delayed without notice, the entire service fee will still be charged. A penalty will be applied for delays exceeding 30 minutes.

• Weather Conditions or Exceptional Events: In case adverse weather conditions or exceptional circumstances make the transfer impossible or dangerous, rescheduling of the service or a full refund will be offered.

 

All cancellations must be communicated via email.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation, bank charges will be borne by the customer.
